Crushed Tasmanian apples are used in the Mountain Maid premium juice range because of the excellent flavour. The use of crushed apples results in a naturally cloudy juice which retains the flavour and goodness of the original fruit.

Mountain Maid Apple Cider Vinegar is made using 100% crushed Tasmanian apples which are fermented in 80 year old oak vats. Unlike some other vinegars, Mountain Maid use only crushed apples and not concentrate.

Yes, Mountain Maid Apple Cider Vinegar is pasteurised to maintain the quality of the product during storage.
