Acquired by the Hartz Group in 2002, this business was subsequently relocated to Tasmania and operates from the same location as the rest of the Hartz Group of Companies.

The Mountain Maid company is famous for it's AppleMax Sparkling Apple Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar which are still produced to the same recipe and high quality since the companies inception in 1926.

Now due to it's location in Tasmania, Mountain Maid are able to access apples from Tasmanian orchards, well known for their quality and taste. Mountain Maid premium juices and vinegars are made using 100% Tasmanian apples.

Since the relocation the company have added a number of new products to the range including a premium juice range in glass bottles and long life fruit juices in PET pop top bottles.

Mountain Maid is continuing to grow as a company and move forward in todays fast paced beverage market.
